相传伏羲经过长时间的观察，创制出了"八卦"——用简单的符号，来概括他观察到的自然规律，这套符号后来成为中国古代重要的思想源头之一。这类"通过长期观察，找到规律并用符号记录下来"的智慧，在世界各地的古老文明里也有相似的例子。

According to legend, after a long period of observation, Fuxi created the Eight Trigrams, using simple symbols to summarize the patterns he had observed in nature, and this system later became one of the important intellectual origins of ancient Chinese thought. This kind of wisdom, finding patterns through long observation and recording them with symbols, has similar examples in ancient civilizations around the world.
